Cheese and booze makes a great pairing, but did you know that wine, beer, and spirits play an intregral part in the production of many cheeses? That's right - there are a whole bunch of cheeses that are washed, soaked, and coated with various alcohols. And the results are just as delicious as you can imagine.
On September 12th, join us to learn all about our favorite "drunken" cheeses with Cheesemonster Studio cheesemonger, Bianka Michalski. We will be tasting through 5 different cheeses, each of which is produced using a different technique and type of alcohol.

General Ticket $35: This will get you entrance to the class and a guided tasting through our 5 drunken cheeses (no drinks included with this ticket price)
Beverage Pairing Ticket $55: This will get you entrance to the class, a guided tasting through the 5 drunken cheeses, and beverage pairings with the cheeses.
